Legacy Trips with Lettie Gore and Tommy Allgood

Together, we will face the truth of our nation's history of racial terror and violence, self reflect on the ways each of us have upheld and perpetuated white supremacy in our lives, and embrace our ability to affect change and dismantle racism, first within ourselves, and then in our families and communities.

Our purpose is to listen to and learn from Black leadership, utilize anti-racism tools, resources and yoga philosophy to strategize ways to do less harm, be better co-conspirators to BIPOC and develop ways to move forward with mindful action toward collective liberation.

Once registered, participants will receive soul assignments, which is basically pre-work (books, podcasts, documentaries, etc) to help them get started on building a solid foundation for their personal anti-racism journey.

We invite you to engage in this transformational experience as we delve into these courageous conversations with trip facilitators Lettie Gore and Tommy Allgood.
